About
We build standups that respect your team's time.
ScrumAI was built by an engineering manager who got tired of running the same 15-minute meeting every morning, watching half the team context-switch out of focus work to deliver three sentences they could have written in chat.
The premise is simple: standups should leave a paper trail, not a calendar invite. Every teammate answers three short questions in their messenger of choice — Slack, Discord, or Microsoft Teams — on their own schedule. When the window closes, AI writes the summary. The EM opens a dashboard, reads two paragraphs, and gets on with the day.
We're built for small-to-mid engineering teams (5–20 people), especially the EMs who double as scrum master. If you live in Linear, GitHub, and a terminal, we'll feel familiar.
What we believe
- Async by default. Synchronous time is expensive. We only break it when there's a real reason to.
- Tools over rituals. A daily meeting that nobody remembers is a process smell. A daily artifact you can search is a tool.
- AI summaries, not AI noise. AI writes a tight readout. We don't generate fluff because we have an LLM.
